EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of December 9, 2011 Meeting
Chairman Sette called the meeting of the Board of Assessors to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Small Meeting Room.
Present: Assessors Sette, Cahill, Buffington, Deputy Assessor Gail McAleer and Field Appraiser Belinda Eyestone.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board field reviewed property with FY12 abatement application.
The Board VOTED unanimously to APPROVE the minutes of the October 19, 2011 and November 16, 2011 meetings.
Assessor Gail McAleer reviewed the remaining FY12 abatement applications outstanding. Several applicants indicated they were submitting additional documentation to support their opinion of value. No further information has been received. Gail will contact the applicants to determine if they still plan to provide the data.
The next meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Doreen Cahill made a motion to convene Executive Session per M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21.
Joanna Buffington seconded.
Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 10:15 a.m.
Cahill-yes, Sette-yes, Buffington-yes
The Board exited Executive Session at 12:30 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 12:33 p.m.
